The latest ventures of Greek hotel group Louis Hotels, Once in Mykonos was once home to a prominent businessman and offers cosmopolitan glamour in droves, Theoxenia meanwhile is laced with mystery and subtle tributes to ancient Greek mythology. Breaking down the name reveals Theo (meaning the ancient Greek word for God) and Xenia (The law and custom of offering hospitality to strangers).

Mykonos Theoxenia

Opening July 2022

Located in Mykonos, Greece.

A landmark building, a visionary architect and an extraordinary location, Mykonos Theoxenia is the revival of a story that began in the 1960s. Now, guests can connect to their inner selves with morning yoga, a plunge into the ocean, cultural experiences in Delos, full moon bonfires at the beach and nurturing Mediterranean menus.

Built in 1960, visually striking and harmoniously landscaped into its natural environment, born from the same stone as the existing sea walls, and hailing across the way to Delos, Mykonos Theoxenia was born as a mythic establishment that set the pace for an era of eclectic travel. Now a landmark domaine and protected UNESCO heritage site, the newly renovated and re-imagined hotel will boast 74 elegant rooms with stunning views and four signature suites with private swimming pools and terrace to offer an extra touch of indulgence.
