New Concepts and Mediterranean Expansion

Ikos Resorts continues to expand its roster of high-end all-inclusive offerings with the launch of Ikos Andalusia scheduled for May 2020, the expansion of the group’s Deluxe Collection rooms offering an upgraded in-suite experience and exclusive benefits, and new complimentary experiences outside of the resorts as part of the Local Discovery concept.

Ikos Andalusia
The five-star Ikos Andalusia will open in May 2020, as the fifth addition to the group’s award-winning* luxury all-inclusive resorts and the brand’s first property outside of Greece.

The 411-room resort is located between Marbella and Estepona, 55-minutes from Malaga airport, and will bring the group’s award-winning, all-inclusive concept and an elevated level of luxury to Spain’s sun-drenched Costa Del Sol. Guests will be spoiled with signature à la carte menus curated by Michelin starred chefs, signature beauty products from Anne Sémonin Paris, a choice of 300 wine labels, beach waiter service, complimentary kids’ clubs, 24-hour room service and more.

In the name of Local Discovery, guests will be encouraged to explore the area with a range of authentic experiences included as part of their stay. This includes a Dine Out experience at carefully selected local restaurants across Marbella and Estepona, a MINI Drive Adventure in a MINI car for one full day to explore the area, tickets to the best museums in Malaga, and free green fee passes for golf players to enjoy a round at the exclusive Los Naranjos Golf Club.

Local Discovery
Now available at all five resorts, guests can partake in a range of authentic experiences that take all-inclusive to the next level. Local Discovery offers an immersive approach to every destination with a focus on gastronomy, culture and exploration. This includes an innovative experience allowing guests to Dine Out at local restaurants as part of their stay, a MINI Drive Adventure giving guests use of a MINI car for one full day to explore local hotspots and hidden gems. Complimentary tickets to some of the best museums and wineries in the area are also offered including Triantafyllopoulos winery in Kos to learn about the production of high-quality wines, Malaga’s Pablo Picasso Museum housing an impressive 200-plus works by the renowned artist, and The Archaeological Museum of Thessaloniki – one of the largest museums in Greece.

A new addition to the Local Discovery concept is free green fee passes at Ikos Andalusia for golf players to enjoy a round at the exclusive Los Naranjos Golf Club.

Deluxe Collection
The Deluxe Collection is now on offer at all five resorts and offers a range of exclusive benefits and an upgraded in-suite experience for guests staying in the hotels’ top suites and villas.

Deluxe Collection guests are welcomed with a bottle of Champagne Taittinger upon arrival and enjoy a range of complimentary exclusive benefits, including a private candlelit dinner on the beach and two neck and back massages per room per stay at the Ikos Spa by Anne Semonin.
