On our travels we make a point of never staying at the same hotel twice.  This is one of the reasons why we are experts in hotel operations; in the latest industry trends and developments; in the needs of the modern, sophisticated traveller; and in what guests define as “luxury” the world over.

We believe that hotels should be designed to suit their location, not to a pre-determined formula.  Although there is always one Richmond standard, there is never one Richmond style.
