Harnessing the Unseen

Kazakov Design leads the architectural and design industry in discerning and augmenting the whisper of the unseen on its every destination.  This prestigious firm offers architectural and interior design, with projects ranging from high-end hospitality and commercial structures to lavish private villas and museums.

What renders Kazakov Design unique are the individual solutions the firm applies to each project: the principles of the Sacred Geometry, the Tao and the Chinese Theory of the Five Elements, the ideas of classical Feng Shui, the concepts of Palace Architecture, as well as the consideration of the vibrational qualities of metals and color as building variables to maintain the structures as energetically self-sufficient and poised for success.
One of Kazakov Design’s most sought after services, in conjunction with its technical architectural expertise, is the Classical Feng Shui analysis.  It is a sophisticated ancient Chinese science that studies how Qi, the cosmic energies, can be harnessed on the quantum level in order to benefit the internal and the external environments, thus influencing the success of a life of a given property.  As a practitioner of the ancient Classical Chinese Feng Shui, Kazakov Design conducts the quantitative analysis on the location and orientation of structures, landscapes and interior spaces to attune them to the flow of Qi.  Further, a mathematical matrix is used, entering in variables like the magnetic directional axes, the project’s timing, and the individual human imprint, to assess the probabilities for success of a given structure.  This is calculated specifically for the individual or the company in consideration, and judges the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities or threats for the person or the enterprise.
Other complementing services include the selection of the “ideal” land for purposes of building a commercial establishment, creating the building envelope, laying out the roads and designing the entrances to the property or a township, according to the ancient principles of Classical Chinese Feng Shui.  For the existing structures, the exterior and interior analysis allows opportunities for attunement to success, boutique-tailored for the client or the developer in mind.
Kazakov Design treats every project as unique and an extension of the company, regardless if it concerns a single owner or a large LLC, and is created as such.  The Grand Egyptian Museum in Gyza was one such project.  The challenge with the Grand Egyptian Museum project was the proximity of the future museum to the Great Gyza Pyramids.  The conceptual idea that Kazakov Design utilized for this project was the ancient Egyptian symbol of ‘Duat’.  Duat is the ancient Egyptian after-life dimension where pharaohs resided after death.  It is a five-pointed geometrical figure, a special symbol in sacred geometry and one of the platonic solids as a three-dimensional structure.  The main museum building and every structure of the museum campus hinged on this principle.  The museum evolved as a magnificent, complex, dimensional series of structures morphing perfectly into the present, simultaneously containing the ancient.  The monorail connected the museum campus in the infinity pattern, weaving together the space and the endlessness of time with the Great Gyza pyramids.
Whether its creative energies are based on the concepts of Palace Architecture, Sacred Geometry or Feng Shui, Kazakov Design redefines the discipline of architecture and design by upholding the opulence and beauty throughout the world, permeating it with many forgotten ancient disciplines.
